Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
· Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
· Manage client communication, CRM, and follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
· Send quotations, invoices, AMC reminders, and ensure timely payment recovery.
· Execute online marketing campaigns and support business expansion strategies.
· Negotiate deals and build long-term client relationships.
· Coordinate with developers for client-specific ERP customizations.
