Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation, active listening, and confident phone presence.

· Customer-focused mindset with solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

· Demonstrated Sales abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.

· Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adopt new sales scripts, tools, and product knowledge.

· Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
