About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and sharp HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and deep knowledge of the Delhi-NCR job market. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across levels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and team needs.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated with Delhi-NCR job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Conduct initial HR interviews and skill assessments.
Manage job postings on company career page and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proven experience in hiring for Delhi-NCR region with knowledge of location-specific talent pools.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring pipelines.
Good-to-Have:
Experience in volume hiring or recruitment for sales, tech, or operations roles.
Strong networking skills and existing connections in the Delhi-NCR corporate ecosystem.
