🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Market IT consultants (W2 / C2C) on the bench to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
Share consultant profiles daily and actively follow up for submissions and placements.
Negotiate rates and close deals successfully.
Coordinate interviews and manage the submission process.
Maintain an updated database of vendors and consultants.
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and feedback.
Ensure regular communication with consultants regarding project status.
