Job description
A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and leading complex sales cycles. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and high-value clients
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals
Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
Mentor and support junior sales team members
