Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain loan products.
· Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
· Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Handle customer queries and provide necessary guidance.
· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless loan processing.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum Experience: Fresher - 2 years in Tele Sales / Outbound Sales/ Tell Calling (preferably in financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, or banking)
· Age Criteria: Candidates born in 2002 or earlier will be considered.
· Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
· Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and basic English (local language proficiency is a plus).
· Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage experience preferred.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, convincing ability, and negotiation skills.
· Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
