About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to sell their personal vehicles. Your job is to connect with prospects over the phone, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments for vehicle evaluation with our partner platforms.
This is a target-driven, high-energy role suited for someone who's confident on the phone, thrives on hitting numbers, and enjoys being rewarded for performance.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospects who have shown interest in selling their car
Understand the customer's needs and address queries or objections confidently
Schedule qualified appointments for vehicle evaluation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the CRM/tracking system
Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-generation targets
Follow up with prospects who haven't converted yet, to maximize appointment conversion
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication skills; confident and clear on the phone
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, BPO, or a similar target-driven calling role preferred (not mandatory)
Comfortable with a base salary + incentive pay structure, where earnings grow with performance
Resilience and persistence — comfortable handling rejection and objections without losing motivation
Basic comfort with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems (training provided)
Fluency in [regional language(s)] and English/Hindi as needed
