🚨 Urgent Hiring | Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities and Duties Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, business directories, web research, and digital channels Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and sales funnel Qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, referrals, and other marketing initiatives Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate business interest Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions from Softpal's products and services portfolio Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding technical requirements, and providing appropriate information Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering solutions, support, and consultation Develop new business opportunities by researching potential accounts and creating engagement strategies Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business communications Conduct effective online and offline product demonstrations and presentations Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels Maintain and expand the prospect and customer database using CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project handover Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasting data Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Support marketing activities including trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events • Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
