Job Description

  • Counsel students and working professionals about courses, certifications, and career opportunities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins

  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

  • Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries

  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions

  • Attend counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional events if required

  • Provide accurate information about fees, batches, and course structure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
