Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator | Sales Associate to join our team at Icv Assessments Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹17000 - ₹24000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and compile prospective client data from platforms such as Just Dial, Google, and other online channels.

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls and present the company’s services and ISO certification solutions.

• Assess client needs and propose appropriate certification options based on their business requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience at every stage of interaction.

• Maintain daily call logs and ensure accurate documentation of all sales and prospecting activities.

• Update and manage lead and client information in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Build, manage, and monitor a structured and effective sales pipeline.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase overall account value.

• Interact with B2B clients and support negotiations when required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 06- 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
