Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT team. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on B2B software subscription sales. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Candidates with 6 Months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or subscription-based sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective business clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 Months – 3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or software subscription sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-handling skills.
