Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Associate (BDA) • Lead Calling & Follow-ups: Make calls to assigned leads, understand their requirements, explain relevant international career opportunities, and guide them through the process. • Lead Conversion: Follow up consistently with interested, old, and inactive leads to re-engage them and convert potential candidates into successful enrolments. • Lead Management: Maintain accurate updates of all assigned leads, record call outcomes, follow-up dates, candidate interests, and next actions in the tracker/CRM. • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates by providing timely information, resolving basic queries, and ensuring regular communication throughout the process. • Daily Calling: Achieve assigned daily calling, follow-up, and conversion targets while maintaining quality communication with candidates. • Lead Re-engagement: Contact old and pending leads regularly, understand their current status, and identify opportunities to restart their application or process. • Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team regarding candidate requirements, interviews, documentation, payments, and further processing. • Reporting: Share daily updates on calls made, leads contacted, follow-ups completed, interested candidates, conversions, and pending cases with the reporting manager. • Customer Handling: Handle candidate queries professionally and build trust by clearly communicating program details, eligibility, process, and requirements. • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team-level business development and enrolment targets. Candidate Profile & Requirements • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome. Prior experience in business development, sales, tele calling, or education consultancy will be an added advantage. • English Communication: Good command of spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates. • Professional Personality: Confident, presentable, disciplined • , and professional while interacting with candidates and team members. • Customer Handling: Ability to understand candidate requirements, answer basic queries, and build a positive relationship through effective communication. • Follow-up Skills: Should be proactive and comfortable making regular calls, following up with old leads, and re-engaging potential candidates. • Target-Oriented: Willingness to work towards daily calling, follow-up, and conversion targets. • Team Player: Ability to coordinate effectively with the team and maintain a positive working environment. • Grooming & Presentation: Well-groomed, smart, and professionally dressed with positive body language. • Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn about international internship and employment programs and effectively communicate program details to candidates.
