Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Real Estate (Plot Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote residential/commercial plot sales.

• Explain project details, offers, and investment benefits over the phone.

• Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead conversion and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi/Telugu/Tamil will be an added advantage).

• Confidence and persuasive speaking ability.

• Good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).

Qualifications:

• PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

• Prior telemarketing / telesales experience preferred but not mandatory.
