Business Development Executive (Telesales)

Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 ₹22,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
Languages: English, Hindi & Bengali

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Pitch company software solutions and generate sales.
Follow up with leads and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with outbound telesales experience in:

Loan Sales
Insurance/Policy Sales
Software/SaaS Sales
Banking/NBFC
FinTech
Any target-driven telesales role

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with strong sales aptitude.
Comfortable with outbound calling.

Lead Generation, Customer Support, Survey Process, Inbound Calling, Retail Sales, Field Sales, Medical Representative, or Counter Sales profiles without direct telesales experience.
