About the Company: Lawsuit Ventures is an international legal finance & management organization, specializing in litigation funding, dispute resolution, and legal risk management solutions. We help businesses resolve their commercial disputes with structured legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle pre-qualified leads provided by the company
2. Understand client cases and explain services like legal underwriting, litigation funding, and settlement solutions
3. Attend online meetings with clients and present solutions confidently
4. Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and CXO-level clients
5. Learn and adapt to new legal and financial concepts quickly
6. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discussion to closure
7. Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong client relationships
8. Coordinate with the internal legal team for smooth onboarding
Skills Required:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to interact with senior-level clients (Owners / CXOs)
3. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts
4. Strong closing and negotiation skills
5. Confident, target-driven, and professional approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1.. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
2.. Experience in financial / legal / consulting sales is an added advantage
3.. Comfortable handling virtual meetings
4. Mature personality with strong business understanding
