Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned leads through outbound calling.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Drive sales through lead follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling.

Preferred candidate profile:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Other regional language known will be an added advantage (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada etc,)
Min 0-1year of experience in Business Development role.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
