Full Time
o Assist BDM (Operations) in daily tasks.
o Support local affiliate work at stations.
o Coordinate with executives on ground operations.
o Report daily progress and station activity updates.
o Oversee day-to-day kitchen orders and delivery operations.
o Coordinate with vendors, delivery staff, and packaging team.
o Ensure smooth functioning of hub operations.
o Manage Express Eats tie-ups and business expansion.
o Handle vendor tie-ups with IRCTC, Zomato, Swiggy, and RailRestro vendors (around hub).
o Oversee collection & packaging operations.
o Maintain and update vendor app & delivery boy activities.
o Manage affiliate marketing & branding with vendors, hotels, restaurants, shops, etc.
o Assist in resolving station-related issues.
o Support in hiring and management of delivery boys.
o Support in resolving operational/station issues.
o Assist in manpower allocation and workflow management.
