Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other channels.

• Contact prospective students/clients and understand their requirements.

• Explain relevant services and career opportunities offered by the company.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into clients.

• Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for smooth client handling.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
