Job Summary
We are looking for a Tele-Sales & Business Development Executive who can make outbound calls, generate leads, convert customers, and support sales growth for both B2B and B2C business
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B & B2C).
Explain products/services and convince customers.
Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up regularly and convert leads into sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and solve basic issues.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer support.
Required Skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Confident in making cold calls .
Basic knowledge of computer, Excel, and CRM tools
