Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Online Bidder / BDE with 3–5 years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition through Upwork and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven success in converting prospects into clients, and the ability to handle international (especially USA) client calls confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and bid via Upwork and LinkedIn sales navigator for Digital Marketing, WordPress & Shopify projects.
Craft customized, compelling, and client-focused proposals
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for accurate scope and pricing
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including bidding, negotiation, and deal closure Maintain strong relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork and LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and WordPress projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Experience in handling international client call, especially from the USA
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
