Business Development Executive (Lead Generation & Inside Sales)

Location: Andheri MIDC
Experience: 1–4 Years
Department: Sales & Business Development (Work from Office)
Salary : 25k to 30k

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our sales team by generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and building relationships with potential customers across the Media & Entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, strong email writing abilities, and a passion for B2B sales and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

  • Draft personalized and professional sales emails.

  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM systems.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and emails.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is preferred.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Apollo.io for lead generation and prospecting (preferred).

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with email automation and sales engagement tools is a plus.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, IT Services, Media Technology, Broadcast, or OTT industries will be preferred.
