Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting insurance products, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 1-5 years in financial services, or B2C/B2B sales.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication (English + regional language).
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
