Job description:

Work will be conducting sales calls, addressing customer needs, qualifying leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer records in a CRM system. Essential qualifications involve strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, along with product knowledge, the ability to handle pressure, and familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.  

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calls:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products/services and answering incoming calls from interested prospects. 

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers to generate interest in the company's offerings. 

Customer Needs Assessment:

Asking questions and actively listening to understand customer requirements to propose appropriate solutions. 

Sales Pitch & Closing:

Delivering persuasive sales pitches and using effective techniques to overcome objections and close sales. 

Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 

CRM & Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other important information in a CRM system.

Sales Targets:

Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
