Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calls:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products/services and answering incoming calls from interested prospects.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers to generate interest in the company's offerings.
Customer Needs Assessment:
Asking questions and actively listening to understand customer requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
Sales Pitch & Closing:
Delivering persuasive sales pitches and using effective techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
CRM & Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other important information in a CRM system.
Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Feedback:
Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
