Job Description

We are hiring energetic and confident Business Development Executives to promote and sell our Education Franchise opportunities to business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs across India. If you enjoy talking to people, explaining opportunities, and closing deals over calls—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Call and connect with potential business partners / franchise leads
Explain our education franchise model in a simple and convincing way
Understand client interest and answer their queries patiently
Follow up with interested leads and guide them till closure
Maintain basic call and lead records
Work towards achievable sales targets with team support

What We’re Looking For

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident, polite, and persuasive calling style
Willingness to learn sales & franchise concepts
Basic computer knowledge
Prior telesales or B2B sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
