We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Equinox Settlements LLP. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert into sales opportunities.
Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
