About the Role
Entelect (New Zealand based BPM organization) is onboarding tele sales resources to handle outbound customer acquisition for one of the Premium Brand we have. This process is 100% sales focused — calling potential customers, explaining services & closing sales.

Salary Offered: ₹13,000-18,000 in-hand + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Week Off) Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
Process Type: Outbound Calling – Sales Closure
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads database.
Handle objections confidently & convert prospects into paying customers.
Achieve daily calling benchmarks (200+ Dials / 60+ Talk time connects).
Maintain CRM updates & call disposition notes correctly after every call.
Manage scheduled call-backs & follow-up customers until conversion.
Meet daily sales target.
Maintain brand tone & call quality as per process requirements (>90% quality scoring expected).
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3-6 months of Sale experience preferred.
Good communication skill in English
Confidence in selling over phone.
Ability to persuade / negotiate.
Must be target-driven.
