Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding of clients
Experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
Strong convincing and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
