About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Centre Executives to join our growing healthcare call centre team. You will handle both sales (outbound) and customer service (inbound) calls, helping patients and customers with their queries while driving conversions. Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Adhere to call scripts and quality guidelines
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in call center / BPO / telecalling
• Experience in both sales (outbound) and service (inbound) preferred
• Healthcare / pharma / diagnostics industry experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
