Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with 06–5 years of experience in Fintech or Financial Services platforms. The role focuses on driving platform adoption, onboarding partners and clients, and expanding revenue through strategic alliances and scalable growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Promote platform-based financial solutions such as digital lending, embedded finance, payments, APIs, credit scoring, or SaaS financial products

Develop and manage end-to-end partner onboarding, including commercial negotiations and agreements

Create and execute go-to-market and business development strategies to scale platform usage

Work closely with product, tech, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integrations

Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor platforms to identify growth opportunities

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, onboarding, and transaction volume targets

Maintain accurate pipelines, MIS, and performance reports


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

0.6–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales for a Fintech / Finance platform

Strong understanding of platform-based business models, APIs, digital onboarding, and fintech ecosystems

Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel, and data-driven reporting


Preferred Skills

Experience with digital lending platforms, payment gateways, embedded finance, or B2B fintech SaaS

Knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance, and KYC/AML processes

Startup or scale-up fintech experience
