Position: Tele Counselor
Job Summary:
The Tele Counselor is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students about courses, resolve their queries, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students through phone calls and follow up on leads.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career options.
Maintain records of inquiries and update the CRM/database regularly.
Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Ability to convince and guide students effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in tele counseling, tele calling, or education counseling preferred.
