Job Description: Business Development Executive (Telecaller) – Female Only

Position: Business Development Executive / Telecaller
Location: (Add your city)
Salary: 20,000 + Attractive Incentives
Gender Requirement: Female candidates only
Employment Type: Full-time
Sales Target: No sales target
Client Meetings: 10–15 meetings per month


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services/products.

  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Schedule and coordinate 10–15 client meetings per month (no sales target).

  • Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to build strong relationships.

  • Record and update customer details in CRM/system.

  • Support the sales/operations team with client coordination.

  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions.


🔹 Requirements

  • Female candidates only.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident in making phone calls and speaking with clients.

  • Basic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office, CRM).

  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings.

  • Well-presented and professional attitude.

  • Experience in telecalling or business development is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
