Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, social, and institutional event segments.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, research, and participationin industry events.• Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships.• Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations to potential clients.• Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams for seamless event execution.• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.• Maintain an updated database of leads and track all client interactions using CRM tools.• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.Required Qualifications:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in event management or hospitality).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong networking abilities and proactive outreach mindset.• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
