Communicating with customers.

Creating and maintaining customer database.

Explaining product features and benefits.
Closing sales and achieving quotas.
Briefing about all kind of products & services to prospects.
Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
Attending calls & enquiries from prospective clients and convince them for availing our services.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Generate business to achieve target.
Regular follow up with potential clients.
Maintaining tracker for each enquiries/ feedback.
Coordination with management for daily shortlisted positive enquiries/leads.
Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Great networking skills.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
