We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Brandtisers Media. The role involves identifying potential clients, communicating with businesses, and generating new sales opportunities for our digital marketing and business development services. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing and business growth solutions.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads to convert them into paying customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations for potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, meetings, and sales activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass with 6 months – 6+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, strong persuasion ability, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently. Experience in digital marketing sales or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
