We are hiring a proactive and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) for Trolift. The role mainly involves handling and converting company-provided leads, building dealer relationships, and ensuring regular follow-ups with customers.
No field lead generation required — leads will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
Convert inquiries into orders and business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Maintain daily follow-up records and customer database
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp communication
Positive attitude and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
