Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales representatives.
Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and conversions.
Conduct online presentations and demos when required.
Nurture prospects through the sales funnel using personalized communication.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM tools
Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email outreach tools.
