Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services/products. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects

• Clearly explain our legal and professional services

• Respond to basic client queries and provide accurate information

• Regular follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and outcomes in Excel.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the internal team for appointment scheduling and client servicing

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred

• Language: Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English

• Experience: 0–4 years (freshers welcome)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Good verbal communication and listening skills

• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone
