We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at Autofocus in Mumbai, Vasai West. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹5000 - ₹20000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

  • Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

  • Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

  • Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

  • Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
