Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
