We are looking for a Real Estate Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales to achieve company targets in the real estate market. Training will be provided, so freshers and candidates from 12th pass to graduation/post-graduation can apply.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
Promote real estate projects through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for deal closures and client support.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events for lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic understanding of the real estate industry (training will be provided for freshers).
Good presentation and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
12th Pass / Graduate / Post-Graduate – all are eligible to apply.
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on performance)
