Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential employers (SMEs, startups, corporates) to promote our recruitment services

• Pitch job posting packages via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Understand client requirements and provide customized hiring solutions

• Achieve monthly targets for job postings and client onboarding

• Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM with daily activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any stream)

• 0–6 years of experience in sales / inside sales / telecalling / client servicing

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented with a passion to grow in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of job portals or recruitment industry is a plus

• Proficiency in Hindi & English communication
