Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.

  • Required Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
