Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller with a basic understanding of the stock market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining stock market products and services (such as Demat accounts, trading platforms, and investment plans), and converting leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate interest in stock market investments and trading.

Educate potential investors about the basics of the share market and the benefits of the company's specific solutions.

Explain and promote financial products/services, including Demat and trading accounts, brokerage services, and various investment plans.

Understand customer financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment experience to tailor communication and suggest appropriate solutions.

Generate and follow up on leads diligently to convert prospects into active, long-term clients.

Address client queries and concerns about the trading platform, investment decisions, and current market trends.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and call outcomes within the CRM system.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Stay informed about market trends, financial news, and new investment products offered by the company.
