About the Role :
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand Stash Pro’s offline retail presence globally. The role focuses on onboarding distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, managing relationships, and driving consistent sell-through across physical retail channels.
This is a field + strategy role, ideal for someone who understands retail distribution, channel sales, and relationship-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Expansion
• Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail stores across assigned regions.
• Develop new offline sales channels including smoke shops, lifestyle stores, gift stores, and specialty retailers.
• Expand Stash Pro’s footprint in domestic and international markets.
Distributor & Retailer Management
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors and key retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins, MOQs, pricing, and payment cycles.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, product training, and merchandising support.
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets.
• Drive repeat orders and ensure product availability at retail outlets.
• Monitor sell-through, stock levels, and market demand.
Market Intelligence
• Track competitor products, pricing, and retail trends.
• Share insights on consumer preferences, new opportunities, and market gaps.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements and new launches.
Execution & Reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing).
• Maintain accurate sales reports, lead trackers, and distributor databases.
• Represent Stash Pro at trade shows, expos, and distributor meets when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 1–4 years of experience in offline sales, retail distribution, or channel sales.
• Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic/international).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
• Understanding of FMCG, lifestyle, accessories, or consumer goods is a plus.
