1. Telecalling Executive
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls.
- Explain Solar, UPS & Battery products.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Schedule customer appointments and site visits.
- Maintain daily call reports.
2. Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced
- Work Mode: Work From Home
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads.
- Handle B2B and B2C customers.
- Promote Solar, UPS & Lithium Battery solutions.
- Follow up on quotations and close sales.
- Build customer relationships and achieve targets.
Eligibility:
- Minimum PUC / Any Degree (role-dependent).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Kannada and English preferred.
