Job Description (Focus: Urban Expansion in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru)

The Business Development Officer will drive the Foundation's strategic expansion into major urban centres. This is a critical full-time role involving fundraising, local partnership development, and event management.

• Fundraising & Strategy:

  • Research and identify potential corporate partners (CSR), foundations, and high-net-worth donors in target cities.

  • Generate leads, initiate contact, and manage the pipeline for fundraising and resource mobilization.

• Local Partnerships & Event Management:

  • Identify and vet local NGOs/CBOs in target cities to serve as ground partners for our programs (e.g., urban sensitization, DMD awareness).

  • Organise, coordinate, and oversee awareness events, camps, and drives through local partners and volunteers.

  • Mobilize, and coordinate a team of local volunteers for event execution and on-ground support.

• Performance & Reporting:

  • Provide weekly reports on the partnership pipeline, fundraising progress, and event outcomes.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
