About Us: We are a premier, high-end wedding photography and filmmaking agency with luxury studios in South Delhi and Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. We specialize in capturing grand, luxurious, and destination weddings. We are looking for a highly polished and professional Client Experience Coordinator to be the "First Voice" of our brand.

The Role: This is NOT a traditional call-center or hard-sales job. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), luxury wedding planners, and premium clients. Your primary goal is to provide a warm, premium experience over the phone and invite them to our studio for a detailed consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Lead Management: Be the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries from Instagram, Google, and our Website.
Client Qualification: Have meaningful, polite conversations with couples to understand their wedding scale, destination, and requirements.
Meeting Scheduling: Successfully invite qualified leads to our Gurgaon or Delhi studios for a portfolio viewing and coffee over a physical meeting.
CRM Management: Keep track of all leads, follow-ups, and client statuses in our database system.
Vendor Coordination: Build initial relationships with luxury wedding planners and venue managers over calls and emails.

Who Are We Looking For?

Flawless Communication: Excellent command over both English and Hindi. A polite, warm, and highly professional speaking tone is a must.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Premium Sales, Hospitality (Aviation/Hotels), Luxury Retail, or High-End Customer Service.
Active Listener: Someone who listens to the client's vision before suggesting solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic CRM software, and Google Workspace.
