💼 About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and target-driven Franchise Development Executive who can help us expand our B2B franchise network.

You will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, generating leads, presenting our franchise opportunity, building relationships, and converting prospects into franchise partners.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential B2B partners
• Generate and qualify franchise leads through calls, networking & outreach
• Present our franchise/business opportunity confidently
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners
• Negotiate and convert qualified leads into franchise deals
• Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business expansion.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Hindi + Basic English required
• Interest in B2B Sales / Business Development / Franchise Sales
• 0–2 years of experience
• Freshers with confidence, a go-getter attitude & sales mindset are welcome!
• Ability to work with targets and follow-ups
• Immediate joiners preferred.
