About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Female Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting BSNL-related services, IPTV and OTT subscriptions to individual customers, ISP Operators, and LCOs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing customers using our company-provided database.

- Contact customers whose BSNL IDs or subscriptions have expired.

- Reconnect with inactive and disconnected customers.

- Promote IPTV and OTT subscription services to individual customers.

- Contact ISP Operators and LCOs to generate business opportunities.

- Explain service plans, features, and benefits to customers.

- Generate sales through telephone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
